Common questions

I forgot my password

Email us from the address you used to sign up and we'll send you a reset link or reset it manually. (In-app password reset is rolling out in the next update.)

My program didn't generate

Re-take the intake survey from the Profile tab. If a program still doesn't appear, email us and we'll generate one manually.

I'm not getting workout reminders

Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Rewire Performance and confirm notifications are allowed. Then in the app, tap Profile → Settings to confirm reminder time.

How do I message my coach?

Tap the Coach tab in the bottom nav. Coaches reply during their normal coaching hours — usually within 24 hours.

How do I delete my account?

See the Delete Account page for the full in-app and email options.

Is the app free?

Yes — the launch release of Rewire Performance is free to use. A premium tier with advanced features may be introduced in a future update; current users will be notified ahead of any change.

Which devices does it run on?

iPhone and iPad running iOS 15 or later. An Android version is on the roadmap.
