Delete Your Account

You can delete your Rewire Performance account and all the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1: Delete from the app (fastest)

1. Open the Rewire Performance app on your Android phone, iPhone, or iPad.
2. Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and data are removed within a few seconds. You will be signed out automatically.

Option 2: Delete by email

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email, password)
• Your athletic profile (age group, weight class, equipment, experience)
• All workout logs, journal entries, nutrition entries, and survey responses
• Any photos or videos you uploaded for form-check
• All messages you sent to or received from your coach
• Your push notification token

What we may keep (and why)

We may retain a minimal record of the deletion event (date, account email) for audit and abuse-prevention purposes for up to 12 months. We do not retain any of your training content or messages after deletion.

If you contacted us via the support email, we may retain the support correspondence for our records — but you can ask us to delete that too in your request.

Subscriptions

The current release of Rewire Performance is free, so there's nothing to cancel. If subscriptions are enabled in the future, deleting your account in the app may not automatically cancel billing that is managed by an app store or external payment provider. Cancel the subscription through the same store or payment provider you used to subscribe.

Children's accounts

Parents or guardians of users under 13 may request deletion of the child's account by emailing support@savvydealer.com with "Delete child account" in the subject line and the child's account email in the body. We process these requests within 7 days.
